Starting with making a telephone appointment. Thank you, it feels good to have someone who smiles even on the phone! Great welcome, pleasant lounge, beautiful decor, a change from impersonal lounges... The little girl who took care of me immediately understood what I wanted and did what I wanted! Fast and efficient, dynamic and smiling. Impeccable value for money. And yet with my indomitable mane (curly hair++) many times I came out with sauerkraut on my head and for a very expensive price. Not here... Many thanks, I recommend.

Excellent if you are looking for an atypical cut and extravagant colors! A attentive team full of pep and energy. This is the first time I’ve left a salon with a cut that I really like and a color that stands out from the crowd! Arriving with damaged hair with traces of coloring, I left with a midnight blue mane + blue highlights with different shades of blue! I felt listened to and understood, something rare to find in a hair salon (for me)! I finally found the hair salon I was waiting for. I would definitely go back and for nothing in the world I would go elsewhere. I recommend it 100%, well done to this great team who do a superb job and are a great boss ❤️

I strongly advise against this salon, incredible price for my hair which I will have to hide until I can return to a better hairdresser... Came for my day off, I leave with -200€ and unkempt hair, it looks like it's been 2 years of letting myself go while I never touch my hair!! I asked for a refund because there was no way I was going to go back and have my hair destroyed, they refused. People are dishonest...

WAY too expensive for the result. Nearly €100 for a square cut to refresh and a “miracle treatment” which had absolutely no effect on me other than lightening my wallet. Personally I won't set foot there again. Excel is a chain within a supermarket, we expect affordable prices. If I had known, for that price, I would have gone to a much more upscale salon.

Very very disappointed, I went there on Wednesday 20/12 to lengthen my blonde highlights, I came out with more of a color than highlights and on top of that an ash gray patina that doesn't come off!!! She told me 《in 8 to 10 days your highlights will come out》Christmas is in 4 days! it's shameful, 152€!!! Forced to leave a comment despite several attempts to repair the color... I spent 160 euros for a basic lightening in this salon which turned out to be large highlights and with a significant demarcation between the root and the rest of the hair and also between the front (orange) and the back (lighter). I was asked to come back just to lighten my front locks, it was worse....I had to spend extra money 170 euros at another hairdresser to make up for the technical error that had been made on my hair ...I was told that the lady never applied a patina given the color that came out. In short, I'm not here to break people but a minimum of professionalism and updating of techniques would be relevant....
